It is governed by an order of knights and warriors, who are secretly backed by a female vampire named Ashit. The most prominent tavern is The Lucky Maiden, on Little Passage.
Hedaipur: Population 1400, mostly human, some hobgoblin. The town is defended by a strong stone wall and gatehouse. It is governed by the priests of the dominant temple.
Gara: Population 6300, mostly human, some elf and half-elf. The city is built around a great market square. It is governed by several powerful sorcerers, led by a female human named Esnan. Gara has many alchemists, and the air is wondrously pure and fresh.
